At SARAH & SOPHIE, we aim to provide clear and transparent shipping information so customers know exactly what to expect when placing an order.

Place of Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states

  • APO/FPO addresses (where supported by the carrier)

Deliveries to rural, remote, or high-risk locations, as well as PO Boxes, may be supported depending on the carrier and service selected.

Delivery availability is subject to carrier limitations.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free unless otherwise stated at checkout

  • Any applicable shipping fees are clearly displayed before purchase

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days

  • Processing times exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays

  • Processing time refers to order handling and fulfillment, not delivery time

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders shipped to remote regions or during high-volume periods may take longer.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or security checks (for international processing)

  • Peak seasons or logistical disruptions

Such delays are considered events outside of our control and do not constitute a breach of contract.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive an email with a tracking link

  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to activate

SARAH & SOPHIE is not responsible for delays in carrier tracking updates once the package has been handed over.


Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update at:

We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist where possible.

In accordance with U.S. law:

  • Responsibility transfers to the carrier once the package is confirmed as shipped and tracked

  • Delays caused by carriers do not automatically entitle customers to refunds

Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect or accept delivery

  • Refusal of delivery

We may offer reshipment upon request.

  • Reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds (if any) may exclude original shipping and handling costs

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Apartment or unit numbers

  • Building names

  • Access instructions

SARAH & SOPHIE is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by:

  • Incorrect address information

  • Missing delivery details

  • Customer failure to collect the package

Taxes & Duties

  • Sales tax is applied where required by U.S. law

  • No import duties apply to domestic U.S. shipments
